Fashion Tips for a Taller and Slimmer Figure

Top-to-toe black is sexy and elegant but could be drab if worn everyday. There are various ways to create that slimming and elongating effect to your body. When looking for an outfit, go for the monochromatic scheme. Check the color wheel for the color families. It’s easier to mix and matchif you know the hues that belong together. To prevent you from having a drab outfit, add contrast or texture by wearing a blazer or a cardigan. Leave it open to create vertical lines.

Skip wearing huge accessories like large-hooped earrings and big belts. The bulkier the accents, the smaller you’d look. Big belts cut you half visually. Keep the accessories to a minimum. However, you can wear long necklaces instead of chokers. The former creates an elongating effect. Longer and dark-colored skirts are a good choice than wider ones. For your shoes, choose those with heels. I prefer pointed heels than wedges. I suggest you wear shoes an inch tall. Stilletos are more elegant to look at than chunky heels.
